About cancellations of your orderYou, as a client, can demand at any time the cancellation of your service, while it is still in the development period and before your project is completed. About changes to your orderAt any time prior to receiving our services, you may contact us to request changes. By this we mean both inclusion and deletion or amount of service. Once we have begun providing service, we generally cannot make changes; however, we will do our best to accommodate your request if you ask us to do so and to review whether changes can be made.

About review requestsYou can request a review through your order status page within 30 days of the date the project is available to you. Reviews are free of charge as long as the original material is not edited. Changes to original material will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
